2nd College wise Merit List MBBS Admission 2023-24
Applicants are required to submit a joining report, fee and the following documents at College by the 19th of January 2024 by 05:00 pm.
- Copy of CNIC/B-Form Student
- Copy Of CNIC[Father/ Guardian]
- UHS / MDCAT Result Card
- Domicile
- Matric/O-Levels Result Card/Certificate/IBCC Equivalence Certificate (Improved Result Card If any)
- FSC/A-Levels Result Card/ Certificate/IBBCC Equivalence Certificate (Improved Result Card If any)
- Passport Size Photographs (16)
- No objection Certificate(if Inter Board is other than Punjab)
Joining Report :
A joining report has to be submitted by the applicant to the respective college along with all latest by 19th of January 2024. in case of failure, the applicant will be dropped by UHS for further upgradation.
Undertaking :
All the applicants have to submit an undertaking whether he / she wants to remain at Rai Medical College, Sargodha or want further upgradation at some other medical college as per preference list.
